It's an amazing film. I worked at a video store when it first came out and there was the trailer on our tvs for months before it FINALLY came in. I was so excited I ended up watching it three times before I had to return it.

The second movie is not so good and the third is a prequel that I like but nothing comes close to the first.

I was working at a video store when the first one came out and I was DY-ING in the months leading up to it because the commercial was on a constant loop and I was just like "GIVE IT TO ME NOW!!!!!"

The fact you even got the commercial in your country is pretty amazing. I live in the UK and was flipping through channels at something silly like 2am and noticed it was on the horror channel, so I promptly went and woke everyone in the house up to inform them of the miracle that was happening xD

To be honest, it's the only good werewolf film I can think of off the top of my head.

The angst feels from End!Verse are a glorious thing, it shows just the right amount of canon angst that you have feels but leaves the door open for a whole 'verse full of feels that you can fill in the gaps for. It's one of my favorite 'verses to write for because it's just all the angst!

I like the older werewolf movies like The Howling and American Werewolf in London. But there's really a stretch inbetween that's awful. No one can seem to get the werewolfness right.

Have you see Dog Soldiers? I absolutely love that one.

Hehehe yes ALL THE ANGST is a glorious glorious thing. And man can you fill in the gaps. Ugh, I was talking to a friend and it just kept getting more and more bleak as we went along and of course I'm like "I LOVE IT!!"

They're really REALLLLY freaking awesome. It's funny though, my favorite werewolf movies all use practical effects. I think the overuse of CGI especially during transformations just take me out of it.

Yeah I thought that when I caught the trailer for one of the Twlight films. It was like now he's human *whoosh* now he's a wolf *whoosh* now he's a human. It just looks too easy, I like my werewolf transformations to have that idea that every cell in their body has to change and they have no control over it... not 'oh I feel like running around as a wolf for a bit *whoosh*'. You know?

I held out for a really long time. I was like "NOPE". It's on MTV and I refuse. But then over Christmas I was procrastinating starting a Secret Santa fic and I watched both seasons in a couple of days.
It's cheesy but so so so addictive. Now I'm like "COME ON JUNE!!"

I'm only holding out because I have sooooo many fandoms right now, it's getting insane. It seems everything I watch I get really addicted too and there's about five shows I keep hearing about but if I watch them all, I'll end up having a fandom OD :P

I'll probably give it a shot over summer, that way I won't have to wait for the new series if I get hopelessly addicted ;)

Oh man freaking fandoms. I seriously for 13 years had ONE and then last summer I watched Supernatural and was like "Shiat... shiat." But I didn't write anything until a last month. But Teen Wolf as soon as I watched it I was like do all the writing and fanmixes. I've got an A-Team story for the small fandom big bang due at the end of the month and I've been struggling with it because all I wanna do is write my ridiculous SPN werewolf big bang story that's due AFTER. Damn fandoms!!! xD

I think my fandom history goes something like this:

Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Doctor Who, Smallville, Harry Potter, Doctor Who (again), Merlin, True Blood, Supernatural, a year of my life where everything was SPN, Game of Thrones, The Vampire Diaries and Merlin (again!).

But most of the time I'm running on at least two main fandoms, half a dozen side fandoms and then *insert whatever I watched last here*. That's why my AO3 is such a random mess of fandoms :P

You don't even want to see my to-do list. I've got two fics due for Angst Bang, a whole handful of ones for Perverse Bang and then the big three which all have to be 20k+: Paper Legends, SPN/J2 Bang and Sci-Fi bang. And that's just between here and June. And that's not including fests and random other stuff I sign up for. I mentioned I was mad, right? :P

I wrote A_Team back in 2000-01 but then didn't write ANYTHING up until '11 where I had a delayed reaction to the movie after my RL settled down and then I started writing ALL.THE.THINGS. And I was always like "Ohh I'll never write for more than one fandom." Lies.

Wow, that is a long hiatus. I think my longest break from writing was from 2009-11, which also marked the leap from writing fluff and angst to writing pwp and angst :p

I'm with you on never say never. I started writing a really self-indulgent fix it fic and I said to myself "it's ok, it'll never see the light of day" and then due to a deadline mix up, it's now one of my fics for Angst Bang *facepalm*

Lol, I never even bothered trying to write for one fandom, according to my AO3, I've written for 40 so far...

Yay for someone else who can't say no to a sign up sheet! xD
