Seriously, between Face's clerical collar in numerous episodes and Murdock wearing the cassock in Firing Line, The A-Team has NOT EVER helped me feel less dirty about my awkward priest fetish. Lol.

my trouble was they seemed to be making up stuff for him to do, often at the expense of Face doing what he was supposed to be doing.

Yeah, that's when fanfic writers have to come in and 'fix' things cannon screwed up! Or the canon writers try to do it and wind up shooting Face, which is not cool.

Man they really, really messed it up so bad.
Speaking of FF writers fixing things. I was wondering the other day how different things would have been if Murdock had told Face right off that Bancroft was his dad? I mean that's some drama fueling episode but damn my poor heart can take it whenever I watch that episode.

I've read a few stories explaining the fallout of that story. It's almost a requirement to write Ateam fic.
"You want to write the world's hottest, best team have sex?"

EXACTLY!! Especially considering that pre-S5 Murdock sooooooo wouldn't have kept that from Face REGARDLESS of what Bancroft wanted.

Oh man, I think I SERIOUSLY feel a good AU coming on. They so didn't deserve that mess that was given to them. I'm gonna fix it. :)
