The story that was might end up being the story that ain't. This thing took a nosedive today and I don't think I can pull it up and save it.
I'm walking away from it for awhile to finish some other stories and I'll try and come back. :(

Yeah. I woke up this morning with something that MIGHT fix it but my friend who read the story was like DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT IT until I finish the other stories I have that REALLY need to be done. Like the damned Valentine's prompt.
I think I know what went wrong though, so there's already a teeny tiny pinprick of hope.

BTW, you know what's sad? The stupid wedding part is choking me for the Valentine's story.

Haha that would totally be an awesome wedding. Hmmm, I bet a million times over it'll come to me tonight when I'm stuck in my 5 hour biz law class. That's where my Sad Face story came to me and actually I just started writing on it again which is a nice feeling after the straight up panic of last night. I thought oh Christ it's gone AGAIN. My friend suggested I stick with movie verse for awhile. I think I'm gonna have to agree.

Oh I'm sure it'll come during class. All my best ideas come at work. The new drawing I did came while I was sitting here at my desk! Speaking of... *gets rough draft sketch off desk* But yeah, muses seem to love to come when you can't do squat about it. xD

And hey, if you're panicking over it, it's not fun! And it's supposed to be fun on some level. :) Your movie verse is a ton of fun, so if that's what you concentrate on, I am NOT gonna complain! :D

Oh those evil muses!! I hate that. Especially when I get a really good idea and by the time I get to where I can write it out... BAM it's gone.

Seeeeeriously! I have scrap paper by my desk now for the sole reason of trying to capture those ideas. Sometimes it works, other times - POOF! Idea or motivation for it gone when I step out the door.

Hehe, yay crack! Like I've said, I have seen none of QL, though know the basic premise. So it's going to be fun reading everything and seeing how different everyone interprets it! Also, titles are bitches, just sayin'. xD I hate coming up with them. I feel like they're never clever enough!

I need to dye my hair because seriously I should NOT have so much gray at 32 but my hair doesn't keep color. It washes out almost immediately.

I'm starting on the story right now. I've been trying to write the Valentine's story for a week. Trying is not a good word. It's more FIGHTING and BEGGING. The boys are NOT ready to get married so I'm done. I'm putting it away because I believe that's been my issue with every other story I've been trying to work on. Oh, well. On to things that feel MUCH better. :(

I always have issues with my titles but then something hit me at the last minute or days later like this one did. :)

I'm having that issue a bit with the dye I'm using right now. I think I need to get a darker version. :/ Do you use a box or mix it yourself? Might be the brand.

Usually I can set a story aside and come back to it, renewed, later on. And it's a good thing to do when it fights you! But I hate it when you put them away and they bury themselves so far into the sand they don't want to come back out. Bugger them! That's why I'm kind of working on an F/M one. Or will be after I read this booklet. xD

I just decided "screw it" and I'm just gonna let it go gray. Hehehe though E said I may have to change my haircut so it's not so mom looking once it's super gray.

I hope they don't bury themselves too far but if they do it's ok I got TONS more ideas before they get to that point. Also I think because it seemed like THE END with them being pardoned and everything that part of me was having anxiety because I'm crazy like that. Lol.

And Google Places is...if you type in a restaurant, it shows up on your search results under "Places for..." and with the address, phone number, city, and how many stars/reviews it has. I'm learning how to make places optimized so that search engines rank it higher.

Ah. I don't think it's a good thing for writers to be OCD.
It messes with your head. I'm weird about some things in life too and when I can't finish a story I either don't care, ori start the thing over again.
