But I think that's the fun thing about the AUs with this fandom. You don't have to make massive changes to the characters or their situation/jobs in order to make something work. The military and/or soldier of fortune thing works basically everywhere (which is probably why all of my AUs involve the military still, lol)...

And I seriously CANNOT wait for your circus AU. You're dong it for small fandom bang, right? *Drools*
