*huuuuuugs!* Hey, if doing your own stuff makes you happiest, then do just that! No one is going to be upset with you if you do that. Your own stuff is glorious and magnificent and amazing in its own right. Prompting isn't for everyone, and sometimes you find prompts that speak to you, and sometimes you don't. It doesn't always work out! <3 We still love you. :3

I like doing it but her and my friend T are like it's still good but u struggle. I think it's just me going omg I'm not gonna write for another 12 years let me do prompts and my own stuff bcuz then I'm writing.

There are always going to be prompts that kick our ass. I took on a H/F one that I had 100 pages on, then suddenly crashed on because it wasn't really...me. It is still kinda a contention point in the war of myself vs. myself! You just kinda have to tuck your tail and go and just choose wiser next time. One bad prompt sucks, yes, but it doesn't mean that will happen every time. :) And sometimes you have to struggle to learn a bit.

BTW, I'm feeling really stupid right now because it's two in the morning and I was upstairs moping about that crappy assed story. Eyleen was like you think Stephen King liked everything he puts out. And my brain just screamed TOMMYKNOCKERS. Which is the worst SK book on the planet. PB is my Tommyknockers. Now I just gotta keep rolling and PRAY I don't hit a Dreamcatcher snag or something. lol. :) Sorry I'm geeked out.

NOOOOOOOOOT that anything I'll ever write in my whole entire lifespan will ever be SK like but I think it was the only way to get my head to be like ok you're stupid.

I'll confess, I'm not a SK fan. BUT I can whole heartedly agree! Everyone has that one Tommyknockers. xD Sometimes it does turn out to have a sequel. But not everything will be that bad and you just have to keep going! :3

Besides, if you write a Shrek 3 or 4, I'll be sure to kill it before it ever gets published.

It's due at 5. I'm actually rolling pretty good on it now. I straight up referenced the GGS scene with Decker and the AT4 just didn't mention that 1) it's mine and 2) it's got slash in it. Lol. I'm totally NOT going into slash and what not. Well shit I may have to considering how big the whole Star Trek K/S to fan fiction is.
